Your total delivery time is calculated by adding the Handling Time and the Transit Time.

Once your order is handed over to our carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

4. Shipping Address & Accuracy

• Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Changes: If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@mychildrenshoes.com. Once an order has entered the "Processing" stage, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. My Children Shoes is not liable for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
